She lives on her land surrounded by the animals she tends each day, including llamas, alpacas, goats, and the dogs she has rescued. The quiet rhythm of caring for what has been placed in her hands reflects the same truth that continues to shape her faith. Growth is not rushed and healing is not forced. God remains present through it all.
Her work extends beyond her writing. Shanna serves in women’s ministry, walking alongside those who are navigating their own seasons of uncertainty, loss, and restoration. She understands what it means to carry pain quietly and what it means to discover that God was present even in the years when He seemed unseen.
